The U turns have got to stop. I have seen vehicles have to slow way down on 155 and 110 for U turns and us crossing. I have seen riders slow traffic down just to cross the south bound Hwy 69 lanes getting back into the park. We do all this and then wonder why so many drivers hate us being on the road. The routs need to be routed in a manner without U turns and we need to stop acting like we have a death wish. Every time we make cars slow down for us to cross a road or make a U turn that is one more person mad at cyclist. The bigger the group the braver everybody seems to get. I know most of these post are falling on deaf ears because the chip that alot of cyclist have on their shoulder. If we make a U turn and get hit by a 18 wheeler, that chip is going to get knocked a long ways.
