Maintenance is payable quarterly.

Website Backup and Maintenance levels...

Backup with no maintenance is free with $20 hosting account and includes...

  • backing up of your website in case of server crashes or corruption of code.
  • uploading the backed up site to the server.

    • Level 1 Low Maintenance is $10/month (three month minimum) and includes..

  • minimal maintenance of up to one-half hour/month for minor changes and updates
  • tending to server and email problems, and domain name issues

    • Level 2 Standard Maintenance is $20/month (three month minimum) and includes...

  • Level 1 Maintenance
  • one hour/per month for general updating and maintenance.
  • initially searching competitors websites for ideas and keyword optimization.
  • scanning your site statistics to optimize meta tags (if using CyberDawg hosting).
  • maintaining dynamic elements such as counters (if using CyberDawg hosting).
  • help with configuring your web-based email addresses (if using CyberDawg hosting).
  • help with accessing your site statistics.
  • keeping your website up and running.
  • recoding if necessary to meet any new HTML requirements.
    • You must have at least Level 2 Maintenance if you have one add-on such as a forum, calendar, banner ads, etc.
    Level 3 High Maintenance is $30/month and includes everything in level 2 plus up to two hours/month for website changes.
    Good if you need frequent updates to your website
    You must have at least Level 3 Maintenance if you have up to two add-ons.
    Level 4 and above level 4 is $40/month and will have up to three hours/month for web maintenance
    You must have at least Level 4 Maintenance if you have up to three add-ons.
    Each add-on over three add-ons will require another level of maintenance at the rate of $10/month for each level.
    Any changes exceeding monthly maintenance level will be done at the rate of $65/hour.
    Maintenance hours are not carried over to following months.

    Sites without monthly maintenance will be charged $65/hour if maintenance is needed.
